→ Payroll Provider = A website that can easily run your payroll, send employee checks, and autopay state taxes.

→ Fractional CFO = A consulting expert that performs cashflow analysis, forecasting, and budgeting based off the Bookkeeper’s Financials.

BookkeepingPro offers two service types: Monthly Bookkeeping and One-Time projects.

For new clients, we require a Financial 360 before we begin either Monthly or One-time service. This allows both Client & Bookkeeper time to deep-dive and determine what really needs to be done, without cutting any corners, and truly fix your bookkeeping.

We do have a 90-day bookkeeping minimum for new clients, due to the upfront work required to onboard each new client. We don’t charge $1,000+ for onboarding like many companies do, just to “learn” your books. To keep this affordability, we ask for a minimum commitment.

We calculate your price based on number of bank accounts, transactions, industry type (some are complex), old or complex AR or AP ledgers, mixing personal & business expenses, or other difficult bookkeeping factors.

Believe us when we say this, but most bookkeepers are NOT up to par for maintaining your books. We don’t want to promise a monthly price without a Financial 360 upfront, and then find out after digging into the numbers that there are endless problems with your Quickbooks file, expenses were mixed, or statements haven’t been reconciled.
